摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a photoreceptive member for laser light, etc. which is suitable for image formation and obviates interference fringes by forming the photoreceptive member into multilayered structure and distributing nonuniformly Ge in amorphous silicon contg. Si and Ge of the 1st layer on a base thereof. CONSTITUTION:The photoreceptive layer 1000 is constituted on a base 1001. The 1st layer 1002 thereof is formed of the amorphous silicon contg. Si and Ge in which Ge is distributed more on the base 1001 side to prevent reflection. The 2nd layer 1003 is then formed of the amorphous silicon contg. Si so as to have photoconductivity. A surface layer 1006 having an antireflecting function is formed thereon. O, C, N atoms, etc. are incorporated into the layer 1000 to have high light sensitivity and high dark resistance. The boundary face of these layers is made non-parallel in a short range and is formed with ruggedness to prevent interference. The resulted photoreceptor is therefore suitable for the image formation for which the laser light is used and said photoreceptor eliminates the interference fringes and spots in the stage of reversal development.
