PURPOSE:To form a current mirror circuit whose current ratio is close to 1 and which is operated at a low voltage by providing the 1st and 2nd circuits comprising two transistors (TR) in which one current is set larger than the other current. CONSTITUTION:An emitter area of a TRQ3 is n-time that of a TRQ2. further, the emitter area of a TRQ5 is n-time that of a TRQ4. In establishing the relation of I2<<I1 by increasing a resistance R and the value (n), the relation of Ii/ I0 1+(1/betaN)X(I2/I1) is established, where betaN is a current amplification factor of the TRQ1. Since the relation of I2/I1<<1 is established, the current ratio Ii/I0 is close to 1. Thus, the current mirror circuit whose current ratio is close to 1 and which is operated at a low voltage is formed. |
