PURPOSE:To aim at saving resources, by changing the positional phases of weight members so that torque is continuously generated due to unbalance of the gravitational amounts thereof. CONSTITUTION:A disc plate 2 is attached perpendicular to a horizontal shaft 1, and is formed therein with a plurality of through-grooves 8 having near center points Y and far center points X on the circumference of the disc steel plate 2. These throgh-grooves 8 are formed along the 120deg lines. A straddle type weight member 3 is slidably disposed in each through-groove 8. Those of the weight members 3 which are moved to the far center points X and those of the weight members 3 which are forced to be moved to the near center points Y produce an unbalance in acting force against the torque of the rotary shaft 1. With this unbalance the disc-like steel plate 2 is rotated to rotate the generator. |
