A fresh air supply installation involves one or more feed and distribution units (9), attachable to an air supply pipe (10), which are encased in a box shaped outer cover (2) with at least one wall which displays a large amount of air vents which have the task, along with said units, of distributing the incoming air from the pipe (10) to a number of sub-streams with a low stream flow velocity.
