摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance reaction effect by making an apparatus efficient, by dividing a fluidized bed chamber and a window box part into two or more of chambers by partition walls and supplying reaction gas, of which the composition, flow amount and temp. are freely selected, at every divided chamber. CONSTITUTION:Uranium tetrafluoride particles are recirculated between chambers 13, 14 along with a fluidized medium such as alumina but, by changing the supply amount of fluorine gas through 13b, 13a and that of fluorine gas through 14b, 14a, the utilization efficiency of fluorine gas can be enhanced as compared with a single fluidized bed. Numerals 16-22 shown solid-liquid parts for separating particles, accompanied from the fluidized bed, from gas and divided on the basis of the kind of particles and the difference of gas and respectively provided with a solid-gas separation filters. The solid-gas separation parts 16, 17 are common in an exhaust system but separated in order to avoid the mixing of the particles of the chambers 1, 2.
