PURPOSE:To prevent the curling of copying paper by maintaining the control temp. on the surface of a fixing roller of the first copying machine in a double- side copying mode at the temp. lower than the control temp. in a one-side copying mode. CONSTITUTION:A heater lamp control part 21 makes effective a signal S1 and the surface temp. of the fixing roller is controlled to T1 in the case of the one-side copying mode when the signal S3 is not inputted thereto. The signal S3 is inputted to the part 21 and the signal S2 from a discrimination circuit 24 is made effective when the both-side copying mode is set. The pulse signal S4 corresponding thereto is then inputted to a triac control part 22, by which a heater lamp 23 is lighted up or put out. The surface temp. of the fixing roller is thus set at the temp. of the control temp. T2 which is approximately the intermediate value of the control temp. T1 for the one-side copying mode and the fixable lower limit temp. T3. |
