PURPOSE:To instantaneously form a penetration image to the surface of a molded body, by forming an image to a specific plastic molded body by using ink having a specific composition and irradiating the surface of the molded body with a flash by a xenon stroboscope. CONSTITUTION:Ink, which contains a thermally trasferrable dye, dihydric alcohol, trihydric alcohol, monohydric alcohol with b.p. of 200 deg.C or more under atmospheric pressure or a mixture thereof and an infrared absorber as main components, is prepared. An ink image is formed to a molded body comprising plastics with high glass transition temp. such as polycarbonate, polyphenylene sulfide or polyether sulfone by using said ink. Subsequently, the surface of the molded body is irradiated with a flash by a xenon stroboscope to instantaneously form a penetration image. |
