PURPOSE:To execute a work by a few kinds of machines, and to eliminate waste of a material by executing deep drawing by a press, and thereafter, ironing out a wall thickness of the inside of a cylindrical part from the direction opposite to the drawing direction, and executing building-up on an R part of the base part of the cylindrical part. CONSTITUTION:A base material Wi+1 whose bottom has been punched is formed, and the base material Wi+1 is inserted through a centering pin 14 which its cylindrical part Wi+1b up and placed on a die 16. A punch 17 having a regular outside diameter C which is slightly thicker than an inside diameter Ci+1 of the cylindrical part Wi+1b of the base material Wi+1, and longer than a length D is fixed. A holding cylinder 18 is fitted and installed to the cylindrical part Wi+1b of the base material Wi+1, a flange part Wi+1a is pushed and attached, and subsequently, a ram compressed a spring of the holding cylinder 18, the punch 17 having the regular size C which is thicker than the inside diameter Ci+1 of the cylindrical part extrudes a part of an ironing wall thickness to the downward base part in the direction opposite to the drawing direction, and building-up is executed on an R part Wi+1c. Thereafter, the work piece Wi+1 is finished by a lathe. |
