PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease of resolution due to reflection of the mount by forming in a taper-shaped manner the upper surface of the frame-shaped mount supporting a piezoelectric vibrator so that it may have an sharp edge, and therefore, line-touching a junction part between a piezoelectric vibrator and a mount. CONSTITUTION:A rigid mount 5 is frame-shaped, the upper surface is formed in the taper-shaped manner and the edge part becomes sharp. A sound-wave absorbed body 2 is charged into the frame of the mount, and the supporting stand, in which both are incorporated in a single body, is formed. Since the upper surface of the supporting stand is finished so that the height may be the same as that of the edge of the mount, the sound-wave absorbed body 2 is remained even on the taper-shaped surface of the mount. A piezoelectric vibrator 3 is fitted on the upper surface of the supporting stand, and cut and processed in the array-shaped manner. Thus, the piezoelectric vibrator 3 and the mount 5 are line-touched by the ridge line of the edge part. Bonding of both surfaces if fixed from the side by adhesives. |
