CONSTITUTION:With respect to a thick plate of a prescribed size, one end is formed in the shape of a half-moon, its corner part is chamfered, and also a slit 03 is worked in the center part of a thick plate. Subsequently, an expansion or a width expansion is performed in the directions X, Y, respectively by supposing the shape and size of a product. Thereafter, a mandrel 05 is inserted, separating and expanding forming is executed, forming for conversion to a true circle and a plane sphere is executed, and also finish forming is executed by a machine cutting, etc. as necessary. |
