PURPOSE:To facilitate a joint work to connect a power transmission member to a shaft member by forming projections radially protruding from the inner peripheral surface of a shaft hole at the boss of the wheel-like power transmission member and also forming slits extending from the end face of the boss in axial direction and guiding the projections to engage in the peripheral groove of the shaft member. CONSTITUTION:A wheel-like power transmission member 1 is a synthetic resin block comprising a wheel pat 4 and boss ports 5, 6 integraded with back other in one block, and a shaft hole 7 is formed through the shaft core of the boss ports 5, 6. Two projections 10 radially protruding from the inner peripheral surface 5a of the shaft hole 7 are formed in boss part 5 one one side. In the boss part 5a, a slit 11 is formed to cut the peripheral walk 56 from the end face 5c toward the wheel part 4 so that the inner diameter of the shaft hole 7 may be elastically expanded on the side where projections are formed. And both power transmission member 1 and shaft member 15 are connected to each other by guiding the projections 10 to engage in a peripheral groove 17 formed on the shaft member 15. |
