PURPOSE:To prevent whitening, stripping or the like of an undercut section by releasing the undercut section simultaneously with forming. CONSTITUTION:Resin is injected into a mold and the undercut section, at the lower part of the form, is released by using a cylinder 6 simultaneously with filling of the resin, thereafter, the mold is opened by operating a pin 3 and the form 10 is taken out. Faulty forming, such as whitening, stripping or the like, due to the contraction of the resin, which is generated simultaneously with the injection forming, may be prevented. |
