PURPOSE:To freely alter the resistance of a rotor without varying a skew amount, the thickness and an end ring shape by combining a plurality of rotor iron plates as one set and rotatably displacing each set to add a skew thereto. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of rotor iron plates 1 formed with slots 1a at the outer peripheral edge are laminated by matching the positions of the slots 1a to form a block of the plates 1. The blocks are laminated in the prescribed thickness while rotatably displacing the positions of the slots 2a at every block to form a rotor core 2'. A bar 3 is cast in the slot 2a of the core 2', and cast conductor end rings 4 are formed at both ends. Thus, the effective sectional area of the bar 3 can be altered by merely varying the number of the plates 2 at every block to freely set the rotor resistance. |
