PURPOSE:To applying printing to a commercial cellophane tape, by attaching a letterpress to the outer peripheral surface of a printing roll to form printing seal and rotating the printing roll by the rotation of a drive roll to adhere the powdery ink on the surface of the above mentioned letterpress to a tacky surface. CONSTITUTION:A resin letterpress 7 is adhered to the surface of a printing roll 1 to form a printing surface and a printing pitch is changed by changing the diameter of the printing roll. A drive roll 2 delivers a tape while is contacted with a delivery roll 3 and rotary power is imparted to rotate a wind-up reel 4 and the printing roll 1 by surface drive. A powdery ink is applied to the letter press 7 adhered to the printing roll 1 by an ink pad 13 and penetrated in the adhesive size of a cellophane tape under pressure to print said tape while the printed tape is wound up by the wind-up reel 4. Therefore, by using a commercial cellophane tape, a small amount of an arbitrary printed tape can be formed. |
