PURPOSE:To reduce the strength of a chamber, and to improve an operation rate by executing an assembly in other place, by applying a hydraulic pressure into the chamber in a state that a die and the chamber which have been combined is pressed by a press, and drawing a blank. CONSTITUTION:The upper face of a chamber 3 and the lower face of a die 2 are supported by supporting bases 4a, 4b having a hydraulic pressure device 5 as a platen, pressed by a cylinder 9 of the hydraulic cylinder 5, and protect the chamber 3 to which a hydraulic pressure is applied. In this state, a thin plate 1 is drawn by applying a hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic pressure injection port 6. In this way, a force applied to the chamber 3 is decreased and the strength of the chamber 3 can be reduced. Also, an assembly of the die 2 and the chamber 3 can be executed in other place, therefore, a use time of a press is shortened. |
