PURPOSE:To heat a rider room simply, cleanly and promptly, by disposing a mixture making core in a by-pass provided in the intake pipe of an engine, and by providing a fuel passage with heating means for vaporization of fuel, and laying the fuel passage through the core. CONSTITUTION:When an engine is to be started, electrical currents are supplied to a heating means 37 and a spark plug 42, and the valve of a fuel feeder is opened. At that time, fuel feed to a gap 36a around the heating means 37 through a fuel feed port 38 is vaporized so that the fuel moves leftward (as to the drawing) in a fuel passage 36 and enters from a vaporized fuel passage 40 into a by-pass 31 upstream to a mixture making core 32. In the meantime, a part of air flowing in an intake pipe 4 is introduced into the engine without passing through the by-pass 31, and the rest of the air is introduced into the by-pass through an air by-passing port 34 and enters into the core 32. As a result, an inflammable mixture of the vaporized fuel and the air is made down stream to the core 32 so that the mixture is ignited and burned by the spark plug 42. |
