PURPOSE:To manufacture the composite panel, in which a foamed panel is bonded to a facing material strongly, by a method wherein a multitude of blind holes are bored on the facing material of the plastic foamed panel, on which the facing member is laminated, and expandable resin material is coated, thereafter, a sheet member is laminated thereon to integrate with them. CONSTITUTION:The facing material (craft paper, asbestos paper or the like) 7 is laminated on one surface of the plastic foamed panel 8 of phenol foam or the like and a multitude of blind holes 8a is bored on the surface of said facing material, thereafter, both of them are integrated strongly. Subsequently, liquid expandable synthetic resin material is discharged between said facing material 7, bored with the blind holes, and the sheet member 2 of colored steel sheet or the like to foam it and form the layer of the synthetic resin foamed body 4 simultaneous with bonding both of them integrally. The blind holes are bored, therefore, strong adhesion may be obtained. |
