PURPOSE:To easily mass-produce a high permeability oxide magnetic material in a burning cycle in a short time by adding a little molybdenum oxide to a mangan-zincate ferrite material and by burning through a quick temperature up in a low oxygen concentration. CONSTITUTION:After a 0.01-1wt% of molybdenum oxide is added to a mangan- zincate ferrite material, a raw material is made. This material is burnt at a speed of temperature up 200-600 deg.C/hr in 1,100 deg.C or above and at a condition of temperature up of an oxygen concentration 0.01-5%. Therefore, a magnetic material of large grain sizes is obtained in a short-time burning cycle. |
