PURPOSE:To suppress vibrational noise without losing easiness of disassembling/ assembling the structure in the caption, by fitting a pulley in tapered form into the hollow tip of a shaft for attaching the pulley, applying bolt clamping on them and spot welding the peripheral area of the bolt head to the tip face of the pulley. CONSTITUTION:The tip of shaft portion 4, for attaching pulley, of a crank-shaft 1 is formed in a tapered surface 4a of a hollow cone whose diameter is gradually reduced toward the tip and the tapered hole 5a of a crank pulley 5 is tightly fitted around this tapered surface 4a. In addition, the crank pulley 5 is clamped and fixed from the tip side of the shaft portion 4 by means of a tension bolt 10, and the crank pulley 5 is spot welded to the outer peripheral area of the tension bolt 10 at two positions 11 and 12. As a result, the crank pulley 5 and crank shaft 1 are integrated with each other in view of proper frequency, thus hardly allowing generation of resonant phenomenon. |
