PURPOSE:To generate fine and sharp crest-shape wave motion by projecting plural bent vane pieces atop both long pieces made into a long U shape so as to face alternately inward and outward and connecting the same to a vibration generator. CONSTITUTION:The central part of a sheet of plate is notched to the horizontally long U shape and the end face parts of both parallel long pieces 10b, 10b formed of the notch 10d are divided, then the plural small vane pieces 10e, 10e' facing alternately inward and outward are bent by louvering, etc. On the other hand, the one long side is extended to provide a base part 10c for attaching, by which a vibration diaphragm 10 is formed. A connecting rod connected to the output shaft of the vibration generator is inserted and fixed into the attaching hole 10a of a base plate for attaching and is suspended in the prescribed position in a solder tank. If such diaphragm 10 is used, the vibration of the fine and sharp crest-shaped wave motion is generated and the execution of the soldering to all the wiring pattern parts is made possible. |
