STATOR OF LINEAR MOTOR

PURPOSE:To improve the bonding accuracy and to uniformly form a thin adhesive layer by forming an air bubble drain in a substrate or a pole plate in a stator in which the pole plate is bonded with an adhesive on the base. CONSTITUTION:A pole plate 1 formed with pole teeth with bottomed grooves is bonded through an adhesive layer 2 on a base 3 to form a stator. In this case, an air bubble drain 4 is formed at least one of the plate 1 and the base 3 to discharge air bubbles remaining in the layer 3. Thus, the characteristics can be largely improved without providing special manufacturing steps.
