PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of characteristic of a piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm due to soldering by putting a conductive adhesive or an insulating adhesive into a dispenser, and automatically pushing the adhessive to fasten tentatively the piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:An insulating adhesives or a sublimation agent such as wax or paraffin is applied to one electrode 12 of a printed board 11, a conductive adhesive 15 is coated to the other electrode 14, then a piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm 16 is arranged so that one side of the piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm 16 having no electrode is faced to one electrode 12 of the printed board 11 and the side having the electrode 22 is placed to the other electrode 14 of the printed board 11. Then the conductive adhesive 17 is applied onto the electrode 23 of the other side of the piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm 16 arranged to one electrode 12 of the printed board 11. The insulation adhesive 18 is coated from the other side having no electrode of the piezoelectric porcelain resonator 16 arranged to the other electrode 14 and fixed by connection. |
