PURPOSE:To reduce the demand power of a continuous unloader and to make it possible to carry out a stable cargo handling even when a hull oscillates, by providing a movable communicating joint for communicating a scraper device with a vertical conveyor and a drive means for tilting the scraper device, in the continuous unloader. CONSTITUTION:A scraper device 7 is fitted rotatably in the intake port 9 of a hopper 8 for a vertical conveyor 1 which is laid along a transfer conveyor 2 provided with beams and which is composed of a seal belt 3. The scraper device 7 incorporates therein a float conveyor 5 composed of an endless chain which is stretched between upper and lower chain wheels 6, 6' and from which attachments 4 are projected. The vertical conveyor 1 is supported to the tiltable in the direction A-A', and the scraper device 7 is rotatable by means of a hydraulic cylinder 17 in the direction perpendicular to the tilting direction A-A' of the vertical conveyor 1 around the intake port 9 and the fitting section 13 of a discharge port 10. The transfer conveyor 2 provided with beams is moved in the direction of the arrow 11 by a pulley 14, then is pressed by a retainer roller 15 in the vicinity of a section, and therefore, is bent toward the center. |
