PURPOSE:To easily control a tool, by exchanging the tool between a tool magazine and a supplementary tool magazine only in a tool group, consisting of one or more tools, so as to place a tool pocket always in a fixed condition. CONSTITUTION:A tool magazine 7 respectively provides a tool group consisting of one or more tools 13 in a manner corresponding to a tool storage means of each tool storage pocket 12 or the like. While each storage means of the tool magazine 7 stores the tools 13 in the tool group corresponding to this storage means, and the rest of the tools 13 is stored in a storage means of a supplementary tool magazine 20. Here the tool is exchanged between the tool magazine 7 and the supplementary tool magazine 20 only in the tool group. In this way, each magazine 7, 20, performing exchange work of the tool in a condition that the tool 13 is stored in the whole tool storage means, can be effectively utilized. |
