PURPOSE:To incorporate a speed change mechanism without sacrifice of the function of planetary reduction mechanism by arranging an internal tooth gear between the endwall of gear case and a planet holding board then sliding back and fro. CONSTITUTION:Upon movement of an internal tooth gear 23 to the endwall face of gear case 1, an internal tooth 23a of said gear 23 or an engaging tooth 23b is disengaged from an engaging tooth 24a of planet holding board 24. Consequently, said gear 23 is secured to the gear case 1 thus to exhibit the essential function of planetary reduction mechanism. In other word, upon rotation of sun gear 21, an engaged planetary gear 22 will spin and revolve along the tooth face of said gear 23. Since said gear 23 is journaled to the holding board 24, revolution of said gear 22 is transmitted to the holding board 24 thus to produce rotary force on the output shaft of holding board with reduction ratio of (number of teeth of internal tooth gear/number of teeth of sun gear) + 1. |
