<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody against human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor that specifically recognizes the site inhibiting fibrinolytic action of plasmin in human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor to inhibit the action to inhibit fibrinolytic action of the human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor. USE:A medicine specifically inhibiting human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor from hindering fibrinolysis to accelerate fibrinolysis. PREPARATION:For example, human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor which is isolated and purified from human plasma is immunized intraperitoneally to Balb/c mice several times, then intravenously several times. Then, spleen cells are collected a few days after the last immunization and fused with myeloma cells. Then, the cells are cloned by the limiting dilution method and the resultant monoclonal cells are given intraperitoneally to mice and the antibody is isolated from ascites to give the objective monoclonal antibody.</p> |
