PURPOSE:To decrease the frequency of transmission processing and to remove the redundancy of control data by monitoring the function and sequence relation of terminal control data, and storing data in a buffer memory successively the final moment when it is judged logically that the data should be transmitted logically. CONSTITUTION:A terminal control data monitoring module 8 while monitoring the function and order relation of terminal control data removes redundant parts in the data as much as possible and stores them in the buffer area (data buffer) 7 successively until it is judged logically that the control data should be transmitted or until respective terminal control data generating modules 61, 62, 63 and 64 request transmission evidently. The terminal control data having redundancy removed are taken out of the buffer area 7 for the 1st time when a transmission chance comes and transmitted to a terminal 91 at a time. |
