PURPOSE:To achieve a correct pressure detector regardless of measuring points, by pressurizing a pressure detection sensor by a fluid pressure in a pressure chamber to detect the pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detection sensor 3 has a strain gauge bonded on the back of a pressure receiving surface 4 to a wheatstone bridge with this strain gauge as electric resistance. For example, four leads 5 can be drawn out to detect the pressure applied on the pressure receiving surface 4 electrically. for example,a pressure chamber 2 is build up with a surface sheet 6 and a back sheet 7 made up of an elastically deforming body 1 made of rubber and is sealed up with a gas or liquid. A sensor 3 is housed in the pressure chamber 2, the back thereof 3 is bonded on the back sheet 7 with an adhesive and leads 5 are drawn out. With such an arrangement, the sensor 3 is pressurized by a fluid pressure in the pressure chamber 2 based on the pressurizing force and thus, a correct pressure detection can be done by detecting this pressure. |
