发明名称 APPARATUS FOR MEASURING LENGTH AND ANGLE OF INCLINATION OF INCLINED SURFACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the length and angle of inclination of an inclined surface, by simple constitution such that reflected light from the inclined surface is caught and the light receiving time of said light is calculated. CONSTITUTION:Spot beams from laser generators 2, 12 are incident to the inclined surface of a material 1 to be measured and the outside of said inclined surface to perform scanning in the inclination direction of the inclined surface at a definite scanning speed and incident angle. The reflected beams from the material 1 to be measured of said spot beams are subjected to photoelectric conversion by beam receivers 5, 15. Next, the respective output electric signals of the beam receivers 5, 15 enter a beam signal processing circuit 20 and the beam receiving period only of reflected beams from the inclined surface in the beam receivers 5, 15 are calculated. Processing is performed on the basis of the beam receiving periods, the scanning speed and the incident angle in an operation circuit. By this method, the length and angle of inclination of the material 1 to be measured can be measured at a high speed.
