<p>In a method for producing prestressed steel having high rupture and tensile strength, and corrosion resistance properties, there is provided a fine-grained or mixed-crystal or precipitated-phase hardening, in conjunction with a thermomechanical treatment followed by a work hardening. For the hardening process, there is used a fine-grained or mixed-crystal or precipitated-phase hardening with enhanced additional effect. The mechanical treatment is carried out by means of cylinders of fine-grained alloy steel, thereby excluding the formation of martensite.</p> |
