PURPOSE:To improve thermal comfortability and usaleness by providing an outdoor heat exchanger and an outdoor blower and opening the bottom of the main body. CONSTITUTION:When the air-conditioner under a table 16 is driven for heating a room, an indoor heat exchanger 4 is heated, the legs and abdomen of a man 17 are heated by radiation. When a turbo fan 7 is rotated, the air heated by the heat exchanger 4 is ejected from a blow out port 8 and the man 17 is heated by convection current flowing from the feet up to the upper part of the body. When the man 17 is absent, the air blown out of the port 8 is expanded to the whole part and in the whole circumference direction to be air-conditioned by forced convection. When an outdoor blower 11 is operated, heat exchange is performed between the air under a floor 13 and an outdoor heat exchanger 3. Therefore, since the lower part of a main body 1 is opened and heat absorption or discharge is performed by the air under the floor 13, the installation of the air-conditioner on the opening part 14 of the floor 13 enables air- conditioning and improves the usaleness of the air-conditioner. |
