PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled steel sheet superior in soft magnetic characteristic, stably with a low cost, by cold rolling hot rolled steel sheet having a specified compsn. composed of C, Si, Mn, P, solAl, N and Fe, then annealing the sheet in alpha range. CONSTITUTION:Hot rolled steel sheet composed of <=0.01wt% C, <=1.0% Si, <=1.0% Mn, <=0.2% P, 0.003-0.015% solAl, 0.0010-0.0100% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is cold rolled at 1 time or cold rolled >=2 times accompanying intermediate annealing to the final thickness. The sheet is annealed finally in alpha range of >=800 deg.C to obtain the titled sheet exhibiting superior magnetic characteristic in rolled direction. It is favorable to perform intermediate annealing at alpha range of >=700 deg.C for 10sec-10hr. |
