摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a higher performance, by employing ceramics-based material with the heat conductivity of below 10W/m.K as circuit board. CONSTITUTION:For example,8-54mol% of BaO, 7-40mol% of SnO2, 10-50mol% of B2O3 and 5-48mol% of TiO2 are mixed and crushed and then, mixed with polyvinyl alcohol as binder to obtain a BaSnB2O6 based ceramic powder for doctor blade. For example, a binder such as polyvinyl butyral, a plasticizer such as octylphthalate, a disperser such as menhaden oil and a solvent such as ethylalcohol are added to the powder to form a slurry and a circuit board is manufactured by doctor blading. Then, a conductor paste such as Ag based one is used and a conductor and resistor are printed and fired so that a fundamental circuit is made on the circuit board to obtain a BaSnBO6 based ceramic circuit board. The heat conductivity of the board material distributes in the range of about 1-4W/m.K. Thereafter, a pyroelectric element body 1 made of LiTaO3 or the like is mounted on the circuit boar together with an FET3 to obtain an infrared rays detecting element.
