发明名称 SPINDLE POSITION CONTROL FOR MACHINE TOOL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent positional shift or deterioration of parallel accuracy of the spindle of machine tool under operation by controlling a hydraulic pad to correct parallelism of spindle while correcting the original points in X, Y and Z directions through NC control. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of air-micrometers (only the nozzles 14, 15 are shown) are arranged on the spindle 3 to detect the displacement of the center of rotation. With correspondence to the detected displacements in X and Y directions while employing the center of rotation of the spindle 3 as the original point, hydraulic pads 25, 26 (two more pads are not shown) are controlled to correct the parallelism of spindle. While with correspondence to the detected displacements in X, Y and Z directions, the original point is corrected through NC machine thus to achieve high accuracy machining.
