Pressure measurement transducer with monolithic sensor

The transducer has a monolithic sensor with an associated electronic correction circuit. The sensor is combined with a fixed programmable memory for the correction parameters, e.g. a fusible link PROM, to form a single unit. A processor connected to the press. sensor and to the programmable memory can be used to perform compensation.
