PURPOSE:To measure temperature distribution information accurately, by providing temperature information processing device and a display unit based on the sum, difference, product and quotient of output signals from a plurality of infrared sensors. CONSTITUTION:Two sensors A and B of a fine infrared sensor 7 are arranged on a straight line close to each other and infrared rays from a fine area of a sample are focused and detected simultaneously from two directions. Then, output signals detects processed with A and B output signal processing section 8 to obtain temperature information of the sample itself not depending on the shape and ruggedness by taking the sum of the A and B output signals, to obtain information mainly on the shape and ruggedness of the sample by taking the difference thereof, to detect stereoscopic temperature information accentuated by information on the shape and ruggedness of the sample by taking the product and quotient. These two infrared sensor bodies or the sample is moved horizontally and longitudinally with a horizontal/vertical driving section 4 to display 3 the output signal thereof sequentially and thus, a stereoscopic 2-D temperature distribution image on the sample can be obtained at a high accuracy. |
