PURPOSE:To have accurate and quick adhesion automatically by applying a cut to a two-side sticky tape by an amount corresponding to the adhesive tape part according to the sensed length of the web width to be bonded, putting it in pressure contact with the web using a roller, and by separating the adhesive tape from the base. CONSTITUTION:A cut is given to a two-sided sticky tape 11 only for its adhesive tape part 11b according to the sensed length of the width of a web 4 at the tip of a windback roll to be bonded, and a roller 12-5 is drawn up by an air cylinder 12-9 with such a care that the two-side sticky tape 11 does not touch the web 4, and a tape feeder 12, and then the two-side tape 11 is moved to a specific web position. The above-mentioned air cylinder 12-9 is actuated to sink the roller 12-5, which presses the two-side tape 11 to the web 4, and a guide roller 12-6 is capable of separating the adhesive tape 11b from the base 11a. This procedure can be quickly conducted automatically by means of connection of each part to a computer. |
