PURPOSE:To reduce consumption of silver solder and enable reduction of required processing number by applying silver plating to a predetermined length of every predetermined distance of a continuous metal conductor wire and cutting to use it so that the portion applied silver plating becomes a soldering portion with a vein. CONSTITUTION:A non-oxygen copper square wire 4 is fed into a silver plating tub 5 intermittently at a predetermined time interval and electricity is supplied during stop of feeding of the square wire 4, and silver plating is applied to a section of predetermined length of hatching to perform press forming and cutting operation. Only a predetermined length (hatching portion) of the lower end of antenna 3b is applied with silver plating and the lower end is fit to a vein 2 extending in the radial direction from an anode cylinder 1. And it is heated to apply silver soldering to the antenna 3b and the vein 2.
