PURPOSE:To prevent data having high importance from having a transmission loss or deficit by detecting the overloading state of a circuit speedily when systems which have different protocols are connected mutually. CONSTITUTION:When the circuit is loaded, a wait data counter 58 counts up every time data is transferred to a linkage buffer A from a data transfer processing function 53 and counts down every time data is transferred from the linkage buffer A to a linkage buffer for transmission, thus attaining detection. Then when the overloading state of the circuit is detected, the transmission of a group having the least importance is inhibited automatically and if the circuit is still overloaded and the number of wait data increases, the transmission of a data group classified as a higher-importance group is also stopped. |
