PURPOSE:To display the ability of the controller at maximum when starting and to shorten the rising time to improve the living environmental feeling by detecting the temperature of the compressor, comparing the detected temperature with a set temperature, selecting either of a cooling time operation mode and a heating time operation mode, and outputting the selected mode to respective apparatuses to control the same. CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting the controller after stopping the operation of the controller for a long period of time, an operational temperature T detected from a compressor temperature thermistor 6 is lower than a set temperature T1 of the compressor 1. The output from a comparison circuit 10 becomes low, and a cooling time operation mode contained in a microcomputer 11 is outputted. By the rotation of a drive part 14, a flow quantity adjusting shaft 15 is kept in an intermediate state. At the time of restarting the controller immediately after the stoppage of the operation, the temperature T detected from the compressor temperature thermistor 6 is higher than the set temperature T1 of the compressor 1, and the output from the comparison circuit 15 becomes high, and a heating time operation mode contained in the microcomputer 11 is outputted. An output of a high level is supplied from a valve opening degree output circuit 13 to a variable reducing valve 4, and the flow quantity adjusting shaft 15 is held in an open state by the circuit of the motor drive part 14. |
