The invention provides a process for producing multicolour mouldings which comprises the operations consisting in making a first cavity 40 in a mould 10, in injecting a first synthetic resin into the first cavity, in making in the mould, but without opening the latter, a second cavity 56 which is partially defined by the first cavity, in injecting into the second cavity a second synthetic resin which can be joined, by melting, to the first resin, but differing from the latter by its colour, and in joining the first and second resins by melting under the action of the heat and pressure of the second resin. <IMAGE>
