PURPOSE:To control a whale plant appropriately by providing a detector which detects bleed vapor properties, and a detector which detects vapor properties in the vapor outlet of an exhaust heat recovery boiler in a bleeding vapor line. CONSTITUTION:A bleed vapor pressure detector 30 is provided in a bleed pipe line 14, and a main vapor pressure detector 31 is provided at the vapor outlet of an exhaust heat recovery boiler 8. A detected value of bleed vapor pressure is compared with an settled value of bleed vapor pressure at a comparator 32, and the opening degree of a vapor control valve 13 is controlled by the deviation. Also, a detected value of main vapor pressure is compared with a settled value 37 of main vapor pressure by a comparator 36, and the opening degree of a fuel control valve 6 is controlled by the deviation. Thus, a vapor turbine 4 and a gas turbine 1 are controlled interlockingly, and the whale plant is controlled appropriatelly. |
