PURPOSE:To allow a control module to turn on a load without operating a control terminal by allowing a load control means of the control module controlling the load to be provided with an operating switch operating the means optionally. CONSTITUTION:When a load control signal is outputted from a control terminal to a lighting line 1, a control section 14 gives an instruction to the load control means 15. When the state of the means 15 is changed by this instruction, an operating state detecting means 18 transmits a signal to the control section 14, which outputs a state change signal to the lighting line 1. When the means 15 is in non-operating state and the operation switch 16 is operated, since it is possible to bring the means 15 to the operating state, even if the control module 11 is located at a remove location from the control terminal, the control terminal, the control module 11 turns on the load 17. |
