This invention comprises (a) pouring into a store tub(1) the aromatic composed of 8 - 15% of perfumery, 75 - 95% of dioctyl phthalate, 0.0- 5% of glycerin, and 0.0-5% of paraffin, (b) soaking a part of coating roller(2) having an eccentric axis, (c) coating roller(2) attached to and separated from the outside of a roller(3) to coat rollers(3,4) with the aromatic(A), and (d) finally coating vellum paper with aromatic using a roller(4).
