This is a method of making a beltdriving v-grooved pully assembly. One edge of the inside diameter is assembled with a disk plate, and a v-groove is formed on the outside diameter. One side of the first pully is made by press working using a hollowed circular bar. A side of the second pully is made by drawing and widening a circular portion(350), which has the same diameter with the bottom diameter of a pully. A circular portion(344), which has the same diameter with the side diameter, is made by drawing and is connected with the side portion of the second pully.
