发明名称 AZIMUTHAL ERROR ADJUSTING METHOD OF MAGNETIC RECORDING/ REPRODUCING EQUIPMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a simple construction and the highly accurate and very easy correction of azimuthal error by displacing the center of a magnetic disk in a direction normal to the moving direction of a head. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic sheet disk 10 is installed on a spindle 11, and a driving motor 22 to rotate it is provided with multiple mounting parts 22A at its outer periphery which are fixed with machine screws 24 through spring holes. The magnetic head 12 is fixed to a carriage 15 which can move horizontally along the first guide shaft 16. To adjust an azimuth, the machine screws 24 are loosened and the spindle 11 is adjusted to shift by delta in the direction normal to the head movement. This makes it possible to correct the azimuthal error very easily because it is not necessary to turn the head 12 as with the conventional types.
