PURPOSE:To obtain the temperature of a body accurately by a radiation thermometer irrelevantly to the emissivity of the body by dividing infrared rays which are radiated by the body into plural wavelength components, and processing those respective components on the basis of specific radiation logic. CONSTITUTION:Infrared rays emitted by the body are passed through a dust protective filter 1 and guided to a rotary type variable optical fiber 8. The filter 8 separates the infrared rays into components of wavelength lambda and wave length lambda+DELTAlambda. Then, the light from the filter 8 is inputted to an amplifier 4 through an infrared lens 2 and an infrared detector 3 and inputted to an ampli fier 4. Signals of different wavelengths of the output of the amplifier 4 are inputted to sample holding circuits 10-10c. Radiation power and the variation rate to the wavelength of the radiation power are calculated, processed 11 on the basis of the radiation logic, and displayed 7. Thus, the variable optical filter and an arithmetic circuit are used to calculates the temperature of the body from radiation infrared rays from the body without knowing the emissivity of the body. |
