PURPOSE:To enable connector pins to be pushed in smoothly along the bugle-like curved surface even when being inserted by slide more or less off the center axis of the lower hole, by a method wherein the head of a connector pin is made bugle-like by increasing in diameter toward its upper end. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 11 has the arrangement of a required number of lower holes 12 where connector pins 13 are pressed in and fixed. The lower hole 12 is bugle-like with a curvature radius R from the top 14 to the bottom 15 and forms a gentle curved surface 16. The connector pin 13 consists of a head 17, barrel 18, and leg 19 and forms a hole 20 at the center axial part, to which hole 20 a contact having spring effect acting as the fixing and connecting point in the case of IC terminal insertion is attached. The barrel 18 forms a flange 21 projecting toward the outer diameter which serves to prevent the removal of the connecting pin after press-in. |
