PURPOSE:To accurately evaluate the transient signal without making unnecessary record, by establishing an A/D converter with minus delay which operates when the detection signal of a detector exceeds a discrimination level, and making a desired calculation according to its output. CONSTITUTION:Analogue signals issued from detector 10 attached on plant equipment and pipings are amplified and inputted to an A/D converter 12 with minus delay. When the analogue signal exceeds the discrimination level, a trigger circuit is opened. Then the converter 12 inputs a signal alpha composed only of background noise signal gamma and a signal beta of one data composed of impulse signals including background noise to data classification device 13. The device 13 classifies signal alpha into signal beta and signal gamma. After the signals beta and gamma are analyzed spectrum-wise by a spectrum analyzer 14, the difference of the components of spectrum beta and gamma is worked out at an arithmetic unit 15, and the net components of spectrum of the pulse signal is decided. This composition is displayed on displaying device 16, if necessary. |
