<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with the spelling check of operator and to prevent the printing of mis spelled English words as well as speed up the input operation of document by establishing a means to compare and judge the inputted English words in the CPU. CONSTITUTION:When an English word is inputted by a character key 5 and a space key 4, CPU14 once stores it at a working memory 16, and reads out the English word data stored in advance in a dictionary memory 15, and compares the both. When the existence of an English word made to coincide therewith is discriminated, it is printed by printer 12. But when there is no consistent words each other, printing is suspended and alert sound is issued from a buzzar 11. At the same time, the approximate words to the inputted word is picked up from the memory 15, and displayed on displaying device with word keyed in, and wait for the next process. In this way, operators are released from spelling check, and printing of mis spelled word is prevented resulting in the speed up of document input operation.</p> |
